These documents must be sent once the form has been completed via a secure link. We then take care of putting them in the right format to minimise the risk of rejection, you can send them to us in the format of your choice. Minors must provide the same documents as adults.
Documents required for the K-ETA application
Traveller's passport
A scan of the identity page of the passport used by each traveller. This is the page with the date of birth, passport number, photo, etc. Photocopies must be in clear colour.
The passport must be valid at the time of application. If the passport expires before the K-ETA's 2-year validity period, the K-ETA will lapse.
The passport cannot be an emergency green passport or a diplomatic or service passport..
Passport photo
A colour scan of a recent passport photoThe photo must comply with passport photo standards. The haircut is not important.
Ideally, photos should be more than 500px wide and high. You can take your own photos, as long as you respect the constraints listed.
