In order to visit South Korea, it is compulsory for EU nationals to have a K-ETA permit. This decision was taken in September 2021. The K-ETA is an application created by the South Korean authorities to simplify all the formalities required of travellers for a short stay of less than 3 months. Despite all the good things being said about K-ETA, some people feel that the application on the mobile application is more complex and frustrating.<\/p>\n

What is the K-ETA mobile application?<\/h2>\n

La Korea Electronic Travel Authorization<\/strong> (K-ETA) can be seen as a means used by the South Korean government to secure borders. Since its launch in September 2021, visa-exempt travellers have had easy access to the electronic travel authorisation to enter the country.<\/p>\n

All procedures are carried out online<\/strong>Travellers no longer need to go to a South Korean consulate or embassy to apply. They can now do so from his home<\/strong> or whatever, its geographical location<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
