The Q-code comes into force<\/h2>\n

The Q-code will come into force on two dates. It should be remembered, however, that this registration concerns guests vaccinated on or off Korean soil. You can therefore use this electronic document from 21 March 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The travellers concerned must have their vaccination status previously transcribed in South Korea. This registration must appear in the Vaccination Certification Directory, also known by the acronym COOV<\/strong>. For visitors who are not registered in the South Korean directory, the Q-code will come into force on 1st April 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Criteria for recognising fully vaccinated travellers<\/h2>\n

The Q-code allows immediate entry into South Korea without quarantine only for fully vaccinated travellers. Recipients of this status must have received at least one dose of the Janssen vaccine<\/strong>. The injection must be given between 14 and 180 days before the traveller enters the country.<\/p>\n

Also, visitors who have been inoculated two vaccines <\/strong>of another nature may also benefit from this exemption. In this case, the last vaccination must have taken place between 14\u1d49 and 180\u1d49 days before the traveller's arrival.<\/p>\n
